The role of the PRMI ministry staff is to provide the framework for others to be in empowered ministry and leadership as part of the worldwide movement of the Holy Spirit advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Meet The Staff
Rev. Dr. Brad Long Executive Director, PRMI
In 1988 while a missionary in Taiwan, Brad Long received a call “to an international ministry of renewal, advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.” Since that time, he has been called to a number of nations where his role has been primarily equipping pastors and lay people in the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit. In the picture above he is in Hong Kong at an equipping event for church leaders.
The Rev. Brad Long was called as Executive Director of PRMI in 1990.

Rev. Cindy Strickler Director of the Dunamis Fellowship International
The Rev. Cindy Strickler served on the PRMI Board of Directors for 5 years. In 2002 she helped established the PRMI Dunamis Fellowship and is now the Director of the Fellowship. In that role she helps discern gifting and enables members to find their place in this Kingdom work. She provides leadership for the Dunamis Fellowship International.
Cindy also directs the Advanced Ministry Courses that provide equipping for participants in the Dunamis Fellowship. She also determines the teaching teams for the Dunamis Project equipping events in the United States.

Mrs. Jeanne Kraak Director of PRMI Support Services Ministry Unit
Jeanne Kraak has been on staff with PRMI since 1998, and brings administrative and teaching gifts to the ministry. In addition to teaching at Dunamis Project and Igniteevents, she provides oversight of the Ignite Program for Growing the Church and directs the Support Services Ministry Unit.

Ms. Mary Ellen Conners Coordinator for Intercessory Prayer for PRMI and the Community Of The Cross
Mary Ellen Conners has been on staff with PRMI since 2004 as the Intercessory Prayer Coordinator. Her role is to engage in and foster an environment for intercessory prayer in support of the vision and ministries of PRMI, particularly those related to the Community of the Cross. She is also assisting in the development of the Support Services and Cyberspace Ministry Units.

Ms. Susan Gibbs Office Administrator
Susan Gibbs was born in Boone, NC but has lived most of her life in Asheville, NC. She joined the PRMI staff in July 2010 to support the ministry team in day to day office operations. Her heart and gifting is in service. Her calling to PRMI is to serve the ministry staff in an administrative role.

Mr. Joe Schlosser Coordinator of Cyberspace Development
Joe Schlosser has been involved in the ministry of PRMI since 2003, serving as an intercessor and technology consultant and has been recently called as the Coordinator of Cyberspace Development created in 2010. Joe has helped produce the online newsletter, Moving With The Spirit, and manages Dr. Brad Long's blog. As Coordinator of Cyberspace Development, Joe will help manage the PRMI website, oversee technology needs between the different ministry expressons, and help integrate all of PRMI's ministry on the internet.

Mr. Gary Wybenga Director of Fund Development
Twelve years ago, Gary began his journey with PRMI by attending his first Dunamis event in Muskegon, Michigan. Since then, he has attended more than two dozen Dunamis and Ignite events, served on Dunamis prayer and teaching teams, and participated in Dunamis mission trips to Ukraine and Haiti. He is a member of the PRMI Mission Outreach VIT.

Mr. Brewster Ward Architect, Project Manager for Facility Development of the Community Of The Cross
In 2006 Mr. Brewster Ward was called by the PRMI Board of Directors to serve as the Project Manager for developing the facilities of the Community of the Cross in North Carolina. Brewster's role is to implement the planning concepts and building design of the vision that has been cast and to ensure that the entire site becomes a place of encounter with Jesus Christ, for prayer equipping and sending
